This Statement of Collaboration summarises the official outcomes of the in-person meetings during UNOC of the Decade Collaborative Centres (DCCs) and Decade Coordination Offices (DCOs), and provides a clear foundation for more coherent, inclusive and impactful implementation of the Decade, while helping align efforts across science, policy and society.

As we build momentum towards the 2027 Ocean Decade Conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, these outcomes will be key to ensure that collective efforts deliver tangible actions and priorities.
